Q: Can I install plant material in the HOT summer months?
A: YES. Although plants can be installed all year round, Spring and Fall are the most popular. Be sure to water frequently during droughts.
Q: What plant material is deer-resistant?
A: Well, nothing is 100% foolproof but here is a sampling of deer-proof plant materials: Mountain Laurel, Privet, Lilac, Holly, Forsythia, Rose of Sharon, Scotch Pine, Douglas Fir and Colorado Blue Spruce. You can contact our office for a more comprehensive

Q: When is the best time to start planning my landscape project with a landscaper?
A: Winter is actually a great time to start planning. Get yourself on the company schedule. When Spring arrives you can have your meeting with the landscaper, work out the details and be put at the top of the project schedule.
Q: What are my options if I have a large project in mind?
A: Don't get discouraged; reputable landscapers will work with you. Figure out what is most important to you. Some of the work can be done in the Spring and some in the
Fall, or finish the remainder of the project the following Spring.

Q: Are synthetic putting greens expensive, and are they high maintenance?
A: Putting greens can fit every property, as fancy or as modest as you choose.
There are many designs and sizes to fit every lawn. They are maintenance-free and weather-resistant.
Q: How do I pick a landscaper?
A: Referrals from people you know are a great way (friends, family, and neighbors). You can also refer to the Better Business Bureau. Reputable companies will register with this organization and they will be monitored for poor service and/or customer service.
