Property Maintenance – Commercial and Residential
Mowing of the property, in addition to pruning shrubs and trees, edging and removal of clippings and bed weed control. Monthly packages available.
Mulching
Installation of mulch or decorative stone in landscape beds, as well as around trees and shrubs. Available in different colors and styles.
Weed Control
Monthly landscape bed weed control along with pre- and post-emergent spraying.
Lawn Fertilization and Weed Control
JPS provides services necessary to ensure a healthy lawn – Spring, Summer and Fall.
Fall/Spring Cleanup
Removal of leaves and debris as needed.
Aeration/Thatching/Overseed
Removal of dead grass once a year promotes a healthy lawn and growth in weak areas.
Winter Maintenance – Commercial
Plowing of roadways, walkways, steps and loading docks. Also removal services of excess snow.
Winter Maintenance – Residential
Snow removal and snowblowing services; calcium chloride used
at owner's request.
